On Sunday I was watching this movie by myself. Next thing I noticed, my husband had joined me. Then we called our son over to join us. He checked it out, liked what he was seeing and stayed. We all proclaimed it to be a terrific movie.
Briefly, Fred MacMurray is a press agent accompanying the coffin of an actress whose last wish was to be buried in her hometown. Frank Sinatra is very endearing (at least he was to me) as the priest of the poorer church.
