A Prayer for the New Year

New Year

Come, Holy Spirit,Spirit of the Risen Christ,
be with us today and always.
Be our Light, our Guide,
and our Comforter.Be our Strength,
our Courage, and our Sanctifier.

May this new year be a time of deep spiritual growth for us,
A time of welcoming your graces and gifts,
A time for forgiving freely and unconditionally,
A time for growing in virtue and goodness.
Come, Holy Spirit,
Be with us today and always.
Amen.

Thanks for this nice prayer. Happy New Year to you and your family! (PS. I miss the warm weather there. It was in the teens here yesterday!)

Happy New Year Esther. Here's hoping that we get to meet if you head to NJ this year.

Happy New Year dear friends!

Mr. Jack, I hope it warms up soon. When I go back home in the winter, I can't stand the cold anymore. Heck I complain if the temp falls below 70 here :-)

I love this blessing! I will post them when I get back.

We are heading up to NJ on Monday...my BIL's family is from NJ, and my parents have lived there at the shore(O.C.)for a few years now. My sister is staying in Point Pleasant, and we'll be in Absecon(very low cost hotels). Praying for nice weather to walk the boardwalk! We'll probably get over to the casinos at A.C. for a nice dinner. I'll be thinking of you...I love the Jersey Shore!

Still praying for your kitty to come home.

Thanks Mimi!

Well have a wonderful time Alexandra! My sister and her husband just returned from a two day trip to the Jersey Shore. They love doing that during the winter.

Thanks for the prayers for Honey. I really appreciate it.
