There's also the Franciscan saint Saint Paschal Baylon, who's the patron of Eucharistic congresses and confraternities, and Saint Pius X, sometimes called the "Pope of the Blessed Sacrament".

For shame, you left out one of my favorite saints. St. Norbert. I would not drink a live spider as he did.

  10. St. Thomas Aquinas and Blessed Fr. James Alberione were great Eucharistic Saints! St. Thomas wrote the Eucharistic Hymns for Benediction. And Bl. Fr. James Alberione founded the Pauline Family after spending a night in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. All 10 orders he founded have a big devotion to the mass and daily Eucharistic Adoration.
