Tomato Avocado Sea Asparagus Salad
1 ripe Haas Avocado, diced
1 large ripe tomato, diced
1 cup chopped Sea Asparagus, rinsed
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 to 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together and serve.

The recipe can be found HERE. Note: I didn't use fresh sashimi in my version because I didn't want to run to the store. It taste delicious without the sashimi but I am sure it would have been even better with the sashimi.
To make this a heartier meal, you can make a poke bowl by placing freshly cooked rice in a bowl and the poke salad over the rice.
