1. Daily Mass (The Mass is not a devotion but I thought I could get away with daily Mass as a devotion but it appears I cannot. So, I will have to insert The Angelus here instead.)

1. St. Anthony's Novena - I attended this weekly as a child, and it's always been close to my heart.
2. Novena to the Sacred Heart - when mine is broken, this always helps.
3. Stations of the Cross
4. The Rosary, especially the Sorrowful Mysteries.
5. Litary of the Saints - sometimes misery loves company.
